If it is an ECONOMIC field than Man should lead,


And if it is CULTURAL field than woman should lead..........................................

Who GAIN materially?

It is good to be INDEPENDENT in all spheres of  life.


But it is not good if you don't CARE for your DEPENDENTS.

i.e 31st October, shows this date have any relationship with IRON personalities?
